Our subsidiary WorBas RE S.r.l. (of which we are sole shareholders) is successfully active in the real estate conversion sector. Through WorBas RE we can put at the service of our customers all our expertise in identifying properties to be dedicated to student residences, once they have been renovated or built.
In this sector of activity we can also support our customers as investors, in order to align their interests, and assist them in all phases of the development of the initiative, from the search for the property with the appropriate characteristics, also through the establishment of RE.O .Co (if the non-performing loan is purchased), the restructuring according to the standards required by the "co-living" management companies and in compliance with Law 388, the stipulation of the agreement with the student house management company, the subsequent sale of the asset converted to a real estate fund specializing in student houses.
